Every fan we restore is completely disassembled and inspected. We sandblast all parts that will be painted.  We  polish brass blades, guards, and hardware, or blast and paint steel blades and guards. Aluminum blades are finished in either way, per customer needs. We repair guards when needed, and make reproduction brass guards and struts, as necessary.  All electrical parts are checked and repaired as necessary. Bushings and bearings are inspected and replaced if necessary. Head wires and cords are replaced with the proper vintage style replacement wire. When necessary, the stator and armature are serviced. 

 Painting....We use high quality 2 stage urethane automotive paint to finish out our fans and give them a beautiful finish that will last for decades. Pinstriping and other graphics are applied per customer needs...please contact Todd for more info on finish.
